Organization Structure

Many of our volunteers have a long story with ABC, simply because they identify with the values of providing pro-bono consulting to non-profit organisations. Some of the volunteers will choose to remain as core management team members, becoming ABCs most assets. According to our experiences, 35-45% of each season’s volunteers would choose to continue into the next, or join the management team, in order to continue their contribution to volunteer services.

The management team is responsible for ABC’s daily maintenance, and forms the core group of the organisation. The team of over 60 members covers 7 different departments, including: Project Management, Human Resources, Research, IT, Public Relations, Customer Relations, and Fundraising. After years of growth, ABC has developed a highly professional and solidary team that strongly identifies with our values.
